State challenges No Child law

New Haven Register HA! A Republican governor backing a lawsuit against the federal government and Bush’s ‘No Child Left Behind’. Better yet, the democratic attorney general believes other states are eady to join the lawsuit. Ah, weren’t those tax cuts nice!!
